We are growing at 2x speed these days, adding new salons every Quarter and aiming to double the speed by maintaining the services intact. At YK, we believe in delivering what our client desires the most, i.e. a world-class experience. Creativity and Artistry are the driving points of YK Creation from its inception, and we are looking for individuals who believe in continuous learning and excellent service delivery.
Salon industry used to be a fragmented industry, but these days as customers are focusing more on service excellence and standardization, the industry is evolving. The older problem of waiting, non adherence of hygiene standard are now improving.

Yogesh Vaja
Yogesh is a certified artist from various fashion institutes in India and abroad, he has been trained in different countries like Spain, Germany, and Europe along with India. Yogesh plays the role of the Style Director & CEO in the company, he is responsible for the training and development of YK’s Elite Hair artist, along with the marketing of the company.
Yogesh’s core competency lies in Advanced hairdressing, training people, and reaching out to like-minded people.

Kunal Vaja
With the speed at which normal people can think, and the speed at which Kunal can execute things, Kunal is the COO and Director of the company, he is the younger brother of the family, he is responsible for the operations and customer experience within the store. Kunal manages the Franchise Development, HR, and Products departments in the company.
Brijesh Soni
Brijesh Plays the Role of CFO of the company, he has the background of running the accounting and auditing firm. he takes care of Complete cash flow management in the company. Taking care of Monthly P & L and preparing the reports for the Franchise Partner is the responsibility of Brijesh.
Jainish Tripathi
With 6+ Years of working experience with different industries working including MNCs like EI Dupont to Startups Jainish is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, his responsibility is to set up the growth plan and meanwhile is also responsible for the process development and implementation of the salon.
